"E News" from St Peter's, Friday 19th March
Dear Member of St Peter's,
This coming Sunday is “Passion Sunday” when Passiontide begins, the two weeks of reflection on some of the oldest Christian texts . Please find attached a very helpful essay “ Passion story” by a local writer .The Parish Communion is at the normal time of 9.30am. Please do come well wrapped up as we will have the doors open to ensure air circulates freely. As well as the lovely organ music we are enjoying the singing of a small group on the Lent Sundays. My thanks to Ben, the singers and the musicians for their contribution to enhancing our worship.
(Social Distancing of “one metre plus mitigation” is in action in St Peter’s. Please wear a face covering and use the hand sanitiser on entering the church and follow the directions of the wardens to exit.)
